Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your item. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it for a refund or exchange. Please review the following information regarding our policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

1. Email our customer service team at elamanecerartesanias@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Once you have your RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

3. Mail your return to the following address:

Please note: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to ten (10) business days from the receipt of the item for processing. You will receive an email notification once your return has been finalized.

EXCEPTIONS & IMPORTANT NOTES

For *defective or damaged products**, please contact us immediately using the details below to arrange a refund or exchange without incurring additional fees.

A *30% restocking fee** will apply to returns that are not due to an error on our part (e.g., change of mind).

* All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Items must be returned in *perfect, unworn condition** in the original packaging.
